All Aboard for a great presentation on Railroads through the Upstate!
Dr. H. Roger Grant, Kathryn and Calhoun Lemon Professor of History at Clemson University, will discuss the impact that railroads made on the Upstate. Dr. Grant will also showcase the Blue Ridge Railroad and how it shaped the history of Oconee County.
Dr. Grant is the author of more than 30 academic books, including his recently published Railroads and the American People and The Louisville, Cincinnati & Charleston Railroad: Dreams of Linking North and South.
