To step outside is to step into a world full of medicine. Resting under our feet, gently brushing our legs, quietly hovering above us, are leaves, flowers, roots, and seeds made for our support and well-being—from head to toe, from heart to soul. Join us as we taste some tea and get to know many native plants and their medicines.
