Join us for a quarterly series of Hands-On historical activities!
First up is cheese making!

Join dairyman and board member Jon Fritz for a morning of hands-on learning about home dairy and cheese making. Learn about goats and the milking process, cultures and enzymes, and the variables that make some of our favorite cheeses distinct. We’ll make ricotta from fresh goat milk, and get our hands dirty learning the steps of making Chevre. Take home a samples of each to share with the family.

Class is limited to 15 people.

$15
